WEDDING DAY EXECUTION

● ON-SITE LEAD COORDINATOR (PLUS ASSISTANT, IF NEEDED)

● Supervise vendor arrivals, setup, and tear down

● Cue ceremony procession and manage timeline flow

● Set up personal items: Guest book, favors, toasting flutes, cake knife/topper, programs, escort/place cards, etc.

● Manage emergencies discreetly and calmly
